摘要
The most important factor causing the deformation of a work-piece is the uneven distribution of residual stress. Based on FEM, the paper presents a reasonable milling model, which is simplified into a two-dimension model to simulate the process of metal milling. This paper is very significant in engineering through analyzing the status of residual stress distribution.
