摘要：
Under the environment of information technology, teaching forms, contents and activities have been changed quietly; teacher's effective skill is also branded on the mark of information technology. This paper mainly discusses how English teachers to cultivate effective skills to promote teaching in the light of its general trend, under the development of information technology in education.
