The Research on the Investment and Financing System of Nonprofit Publishers

Public welfare establishments of our country develop slowly because of the shortage of collected fund and the low-efficiency of utilizing investment, while the root cause is the problems of the investment and financing system. This paper focuses on the study of investment and financing, combined with the public welfare publishing press. First it analyzes the investment and financing system and its role. Second it dissect the current situation of the investment and financing system of public welfare publishing press, which is primarily about the game analysis and the models of investment and financing system, conducted by central government and local government. Finally it establishes the investment and financing system of public welfare publishing press based on the current situation.
