摘要：

In this paper, to resolve the model error of the function of conversion GPS height to normal height, adopted BP neural network for it designed Mat lab program to implementation the height abnormal fitting according the BP neural network. At last, compared the result with flat fitting and quadric surface fitting and convinced that BP neural have accuracy, dependability and stabilization.
