摘要：

Using industrial configuration software, PLC, industrial Ethernet technology, taking full account of the composition and production equipment on site production process, created data acquisition system of filter tips, to achieve the proper collection and processing of information of Usage amount of filter tips, established of plant-level production information database, to provide accurate, timely production data for Workshops and business managers. The system administrators can real-time understanding the production states, to provide a scientific data for managers. It reduces the production of blindness.
