Collaborative Implementation of ERPII Systems in Modular Industry Cluster

Considering the theoretical and practical common ground shared with both modular industry cluster and ERPII, the mappings between "macrocosmic governance structures" and "microcosmic functional modules" of the above two research areas can be established on the basis of their familiar characteristics in modularization, standardization, labor-division and cooperation. With an objective of comparing and referring research strengths to each other, this paper proposes a reference framework for collaborative implementation of ERPII systems in modular industry cluster and its associated modules, functional characteristics, mapping relationships followed by discussions of three different implementation status - initial, stable and the championship competitions. Finally, this paper closes with insights gained from this study and extensions for future researches.
