摘要
Solid and/or liq. waste org. hexachloro compds. incinerated in a com. plant at 900-1000 degrees C and burnt up for 2 s at ca. 1500 degrees C, exhaust-gas O-2 3-6 vol.%, enable a dry HCI gas (used to oxychlorinate C2H4) and an aq.19% HCI to be recovered. Max. emissions are: dust 10, org. C 10, HCI 10, HF 1, SO(2)50, CO 50, Cl-2 10, NO(x)200 mg/m(3), and (furans + dioxins) 100 pg/m(3).
