摘要
Low-carbon economy has been attention widely because of Low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission. Efficiency evaluation of low-carbon economy is an economic, social and environmental systems comprehensive problem. Development low-carbon economy in China is to promote the urgent request of scientific development and strategic task. In this paper, the index system of low carbon economic efficiency evaluation is established, mainly including human, material and financial resources and environment four aspects. The data envelopment analysis (DEA) model is put forward for evaluating input-output efficiency of low carbon economic system. Compared to traditional economy model, Low carbon economy lowers carbon emission, environmental protection, energy efficiency which is a new economic model of new century and another sign of human civilization and development.
