摘要
One of the main features of modern payment system is to make the best use of the modern information technology to implement the payment information being transmitted, handled and saved efficiently. With the rapid development of science technology and the abroad usage of information technology, the risk to which the payment is facing is also increasingly serious. In this paper, we firstly introduce the development condition and the basic implementation technique of Mobile E-Business's; Secondly we analyse the security threats of network payment in current E-Business,. Aiming at the characteristic Of mobile communications, we implement a mobile communication certification model based on evidence theory certification. This model can solve well the problem of congestion existing single-point failure and low efficiency and service quality and improve the quality of service in Mobile E-Business network.
