摘要：

In this paper, theoretically and practically, the effect of working conditions on highly effective employment with effective organization of working time and rest in industrial enterprises has been studied. In unfavorable working conditions, occupational diseases and injuries that occur during various physiological changes observed in employees are classified. Factors leading to unfortunate events in unfavorable working conditions in industrial enterprises were analyzed and recommendations were made to reduce their harmful effects.
