Study on Nonlinear Dynamics of Complicated Bearing-rotor System with Multi-faults

摘要
Based on nonlinear dynamic properties, the dynamic model of two-span bearing-rotor with coupling nonlinear oil film and rubbing force were studied by means of numerical simulation. The effects of oil film and rubbing force on bifurcation and chaos behaviors of the system were analyzed. The system state trajectory, bifurcation maps, amplitude spectrum and phase diagram were used to reveal abundant nonlinear dynamic behaviors of the bearing-rotor system. The results show that the system of bearing-rotor with nonlinear impact-rub and oil film force has abundant nonlinear dynamic behaviors, such as periodic motion, double-periodic motion, multi-periodic motion, quasi-periodic motion and chaos phenomena. The results may provide theoretical references for faults diagnosis and safe operation of rotor-bearing system.
