摘要
The enhanced capabilities of handheld devices propose a wide range of possibilities how to secure personalized service mobility. Such service mobility could be used for improving the working conditions of people who work out of office, on the move. This paper proposes a solution for upgrading the working methods of field workers, described on an example of employees gathering data about road conditions for the Road Management System. They work in a disconnected mode but occasionally need to be promptly connected in order to transfer critical information. The described concept is based on mobile agents and their intelligence to independently recognize critical data and to make sure that proper activities take place.
