Nodular hidradenoma is a rare benign tumor of skin appendages. It mainly occurs in adults with a slight female predominance. Typical lesions are localized in the scalp, face and the upper extremities. Clinically it presents as a slowly progressive, solitary, hard, mobile dermal and subcutaneous nodule. Total surgical excision is suggested due to the risk of malignant transformation. We, herein, present a 60-year-old male patient whose slow growing subcutaneous nodule on his back was diagnosed as nodular hidradenoma after histopathologic examination.
