Practice of Negotiation Curriculum in Logistics Management Teaching Reform of Higher Vocational Education

摘要
Theory courses of logistics management have been taught with traditional instillation method for a long time. Students feel bored and difficult for the courses, thus hindering their proper development. Negotiation curriculum collapses the role positioning in traditional teaching model, where teacher are communicators and students are recipients. In other words, teachers and students make decisions on curriculum together. Students are allowed to participate in exploitation and modification of curriculum programs. In the work, characteristics of negotiation curriculum were analyzed with the case of teaching design of Supply Chain Management. The design was divided into five stages, providing a practical paradigm. Thus, it is expected that students' interest in learning logistics knowledge can be enhanced, cultivating their awareness and capacity of critique, exploration and reflection.
