摘要
China's private industry is steadily growing. Its average rate of increase has kept abreast with the overall development of China's industry (Wang Y, 2002). The private sector of the economy is facing more opportunities for growth as the government has promised to open up important markets to foreign and private investment. They include the telecommunications, retail and banking sectors. However, private enterprises are often troubled by a lack of funding and technology as well as weak management. What deserves to be stressed here is that the Chinese private enterprises unanimously lack of some scientific competing strategies according to a research report. In this paper, we probe into the synergic competition mode, strategic alliance usage on Chinese private enterprises. However, for its complexity, it is very difficult to measure the synergism that the strategic alliance brought. In this paper, based on the value chain theory, a set of index system to the synergy of strategic alliance is built up and the FCE method is used to evaluate the synergy of the strategic alliance for the Chinese private enterprises.
