Science Fiction in Defense of the State. A French Initiative in a Law and Humanities Perspective

The French Ministry of Defense, in partnership with the Universite Paris Sciences et Lettres, has formed a Red Team with the task of imagining the possible threats of the future and with the aim of safeguarding the national strategic and operative autonomy (and therefore its own sovereignty) in the thirty years from 2030 to 2060. The contribution, from a Law and Humanities perspective, investigates the first results obtained by the Red Team, highlighting how the proposed scenarios are bearers of new and interesting hints also for other sciences and, specifically, for constitutional law.
