摘要
The use of TRIFOU 3D modeling is an asset for understanding, designing and optimizing eddy currents nondestructive testing (NDT) probes. In this frame representative E'NDE benchmark tests for steam generator tubes inspection have been treated with TRIFOU. They illustrate the approach of modeling followed in NDT studies for a better analysis of inspection results.
