X-band coplanar Wilkinson power divider based on GaAs MMIC technology

摘要
An X-band coplanar Wilkinson power divider based on GaAs MMIC technology is proposed. The power divider is designed at 10 GHz and simulated using HFSS, and simulated results show that it has reflection loss of less than 216.5 dB and insertion loss of less than 23.6 dB. Measured results show that the divider has reflection loss of less than 215.0 dB and insertion loss of less than 23.5 dB. Experimental results agree well with simulated results.
