摘要
In a wireless electronic bill system, efficient deployment of powerful security in wirelessly networked consumer devices is the core issue due to their inherent speed and bandwidth constraints. Traditional security technologies like RSA and Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem (ECC) are not practical for handheld wireless devices because of their relatively weak computation power. In this paper, we described to an improvement of the wireless electronic bill system by applying a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) algorithm for polynomial multiplication in the lattice based digital signature scheme. Our electronic bill system is built on an improved digital signature scheme which reduces the computation on handheld wireless devices by applying a probability assumption. Simulation results demonstrated the feasibility of applying high-level security with fast speed for handheld wireless devices to ensure an application-level data integrity in an electronic bill system.
