摘要：
It is necessary to re-posited financial management objectives because of the proposed concept of sustainable development and environmental risks and liabilities to enterprise financial impact on increasing demands. Therefore, this paper puts forward the enterprise financial management goal - the eco-economic value maximization. This goal comprehensively considers the environment impact on the business operation and financial operation, which is advantageous to defend all stakeholders' benefit as well as is advantageous to strengthen enterprise's sustainable development ability.
