摘要
On introduction of the concept of medium maximization and its implementation in organizations, this article deeply introduced and analyzed theories related to medium motivation, including Expectation Theory of Motivation, Management by Objective Theory and Reinforcement Theory. After that, authors lay a large part of attention on reviewing and summarizing the latest development of medium effect in the frontiers of behavioral decision-making area and also its significance to organization motivation and management practice. On basic of the above, this article brought forward the problem that need to be deeply studied through the discussion of the research domain, independent variables and means.
