摘要
In addition to prevention, diagnostics and therapy, the expert opinion is an essential part of the spectrum of the occupational dermatologist's tasks. It requires not only well-founded dermatological and allergological expertise, but also special knowledge of occupational disease law. As a dermatological expert in occupational dermatology, a physician does not perform curative medicine, but he supports the statutory accident insurance or the social court in the investigation of legally essential facts. The neutrality of the expert opinion requires the recognition and avoidance of possible bias. The "Bamberg Recommendations" of the Working Group on Occupational and Environmental Dermatology (ABD) support quality assurance in occupational dermatological assessment, as do the seminars and quality circles for obtaining and maintaining the ABD certificate "Occupational Dermatology".
