Modified sliding mode controller for positioning of micro linear motors

摘要
This paper reports on the control of micro linear motors using a modified sliding mode controller. To have an optimised dynamic behaviour the gradient of the sliding surface is calculated online instead of having a constant value. Simulations and measurements are presented to show the performance of the algorithm.
