摘要
This paper presents a meta-learning based ITMS model and discusses some key technical problems of ITMS research and framework architecture; In particular it describes the meta-learning based knowledge discovery and assistant intelligence in detail. Meta-learning can be used for knowledge and information discovery and system monitor in the research of our ITMS. The paper also gives an example of the application system using meta-learning base ITMS system for assistant decision. Last, but no least the paper discusses the performance of meta-learning based ITMS system.
