摘要：
We demonstrate non-scanning three-dimensional (3D) imaging of cellular components in live cancerous (HeLa) cells by combining the chemical selectivity of CARS with the 3D imaging capability of holography to establish a new technique for bio-imaging. (C) 2010 Optical Society of America
