RESEARCH ON ENTERPRISE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT MODE UNDER THE RESTRAINT OF ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

While pursuing economic benefits, enterprises should pay attention to the requirements of green development and enhance green competitiveness. This is also the general development goal of enterprises in the future. The importance of business management has gradually attracted the attention of various energy companies in recent years. A good business management framework is essential to the development of energy companies. In this paper, based on the statistical data of the relevant indicators of Energy A from 2010 to 2019, the evaluation indicators of the enterprise's industrial upgrading. ecological environment protection and economic development level have been constructed. Moreover, the VAR model was used to conduct a dynamic analysis of the business management model under the constraints of ecological environment protection. The research results show that with the acceleration of enterprise A's industrial upgrading, the environmental protection index first decreased and then increased. In recent years. industrial upgrading has also played a certain role in promoting environmental protection, which is reflected in the simultaneous increase of industrial upgrading index and environmental protection index. In the past five years, with the upgrading of the business management model and the adjustment of the industrial structure, the rate of economic growth has increased significantly since 2015. The optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure will not have a major impact on the economic development of enterprises in the short term. However, ecological environment protection will indeed have a greater impact on the level of economic development in the short term. With the gradual expansion of the scale of environmental protection, the per capita income of enterprises, enterprise labor productivity and retail sales of consumer goods have also increased. Therefore, the positive impact of environmental protection on the economic growth of enterprises is becoming more and more significant. Granger test results show that at a significant level of 5%, enterprise industrial upgrading is a one-way cause of ecological environmental protection and enterprise economic development. In addition, enterprise economic development also has a one-way impact on ecological environmental protection. In the end, a risk assessment was carried out for the development of the enterprise. so that the business management model of energy enterprises under the constraints of ecological environment protection was successfully constructed.
