Research on Government Responsibility of Migrant Workers' Citizenization

At present, the study on the citizenization of migrant workers has become a topic cared by both educational circles and government. However government's responsibility during the process of migrant workers' citizenization has not yet been fully studied. The orientation of government responsibility in the process of citizenization of migrant workers given by this paper are system supply, the development and implementation of public policies, public services supply, supervision and management. The paper also analyzed the performance and reasons of government responsibility lackage and put forward relevant policy recommendations.
