摘要：

The media of Scientific information has developing for 4000 years, nearly 50 years the rapid development of information technology gave birth to a variety of digital communication media, channels and carriers. This paper traces evolution process of the scientific information carrier, the network environment of digital storage, electronic media and communication channels are described in detail, and analyzed the relationship between carriers and media.
