Preparation and Magnetic Properties of Co-Doped Fe2O3-SBA-15 Magnetic Nanomaterials

摘要
Co-doped Fe2O3-SBA-15 mesoporous magnetic nanomaterials were synthesized by sol-gel/hydro-thermal method and immergence method, and then X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) were introduced to characterize and test the microstructure and the magnetic properties of the as-prepared SBA-15 samples. The results show that Fe in the form of Fe2O3 nanoparticles existed in the frame and Co in the form of Co3O4 nanoparticles presented in the mesopores of SBA-15 mesoporous molecule sieves. Thereby, a new nanocomposite Co3O4/Fe2O3-SBA-15 magnetic material was obtained. The magnetic results indicate the as-prepared SBA-15 mesoporous materials presented ferromagnetism, and the magnetic properties increased with the doped content of Fe2O3 and Co3O4 nanoparticles, because the exchange coupling interaction between magnetic nanoparticles enhanced the magnetic properties.
