摘要：

At present, most graduates from Chinese universities face employment frustration. As a result, a new task for student supervisors in universities is to overcome the traditional employment mode and explore a set of management measures, which can cope with university graduates' employment problems in modern society. In this paper, the author applies the theory of knowledge management and business administration to improve graduates employment management. Rather than a mere introduction, measures proposed by the author can be regarded as a theoretical innovation to promote the talent cultivation and employment management for higher education, by breaking traditional mentality and management methods.
