摘要：
this paper explains the PID Control of Single mode fiber coupled laser diode system. The system comprises of laser diode, thermistor, photodiode, and Thermoelectric cooler embedded as one unit. The system was modelled using individual components connected in the same manner as the block. Manual tuning was done to arrive at the appropriate P, I, and D values for optimal control. A temperature was selected and the system was observed over two (2) twenty-five (25) minute intervals to determine its accuracy. LabVIEW was used as the control platform. Graphs were drawn to pictorially show the response.
