摘要
The changes in the low-temperature photoconductivity spectra of CdS crystals under the action of external influences are investigated. The high sensitivity of the fine (excitonic) structure of the spectra to changes in the conditions for the recombination of nonequilibrium carriers neat the surface and in the bulk of the semiconductor is demonstrated.
