Synthesis and dielectric properties of Ba3NaBiNb10O30 ceramics

摘要
A new mobate Ba3NaBiNb10O30 was synthesized by the solid state reaction. The reaction mixture was characterized by thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), X-ray diffraction and dielectric constant measurements. The results show that Ba3NaBiNb10O30 has an orthorhombic tungsten bronze structure with space group Cmm2 and the unit cell parameters are a = 1.7660 (1) nm, a = 1. 7626 (1) nm, c = 0. 78621(6) nm, Z = 4. Ba3NaBiNb10O30 undergoes two phase transitions at 200degreesC and 400degreesC, respectively.
