摘要：

A transparent mold with glass wall is specially designed and manufactured to observe directly the filling process inside the cavity during experiments. Such an equipment permits to study the processing conditions for a prescribed component, especially the appearance and control of the jetting phenomenon. Its dependence on cavity geometry and injection parameters can be observed explicitly. The experiment is carried out from the injection molding of 316L mixture feedstock. By CCD camera, the video records through the glass wall provide important information on the flow behavior of 316L feedstock in injection process.
