摘要
In order to deals with the problem of narrow space for sensor arrangement in a micro magnetic suspended spindle system, such as magnetic suspended hard disk drive and magnetic suspended optical disk drive. The design principle of the magnetic suspended spindle system with insufficient sensor is raised initially. A practical application of the micro magnetic suspended spindle system with 4 sensors is presented. The structural parameters and its influences on the micro magnetic suspended spindle system are illustrated. A practical method of segregating on measured displacement signals in the micro magnetic suspended spindle with 4 sensors is given. The way of the system controlling is also discussed.
