Interfacing a weather station data logger to a laboratory microcomputer

This paper discusses the hardware and software design aspects of interfacing a MC68000-based laboratory microcomputer to a custom weather station data logger, capable of logging temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed and direction. The software system comprises a data logger running in background mode, together with a Graphical User Interface.
