摘要：
Based on the importance of establishing technology center in large-scale construction enterprises of China, this paper analyses the problems which occur in the operation of the current technology center. Then it proposes to establish information-based technology center headquarters in Chinese construction enterprises. This technology center headquarters integrates all levels of technology center in construction enterprises, couples with the university resources and government's supervision. Finally it elaborates the advantages of establishing information-based technology center headquarters in Chinese construction enterprises.
