摘要
Ultrahigh-resolution, real-time OCT is demonstrated with similar to 5.5 mu m resolution in tissue at 1.4-1.7 mu m wavelengths using a high-power continuum generated by a mode-locked, stretcbed-pulse, Er-doped fiber laser and highly nonlinear fiber.
