The Research on Path Option of the Internationalization of Private Enterprises in Zhejiang Province

China's private enterprises have been gaining more and more international business opportunities since China accessed to the WTO. After over thirty years of development, the internationalization of Chinese enterprises has become an indispensable force in the ranks and played a decisive role in the national economy. Zhejiang is a typical province of private economy and one of the regions that firstly start internationalization. The development of private enterprises in Zhejiang made a great contribution to the economy. However, due to internal factors and external obstacles, the private enterprises do not move smoothly in the road of internationalization. Faced with a complex foreign trade environment, the development and the level of private enterprises in Zhejiang need to enhance urgently and the traditional mode of internationalization needs to be transformed immediately. This paper analyzes the situation and the difficulties private enterprises in Zhejiang encountered during internationalization, with a view to find an effective internationalization way for private enterprises in Zhejiang.
