摘要
Modern logistics industry is the arteries and basic industries of the national economic development. Based on the existing logistics personnel situation in Henan Province, this paper proposes Logistic model which is based on demand model of logistics personnel in Henan Province, and based on the model this paper also proposes the equilibrium model on supply and demand of logistics personnel in Henan Province, and then draw the appropriate conclusions.
