摘要
An analytical model for determining the spatial distribution of self-trapped excitons upon excitation at the Urbach absorption tail under conditions of absorption saturation is developed, and an expression for exciton luminescence decay kinetics in wide band-gap crystals was derived taking into account concentrational exciton self-quenching under such excitation conditions.
