摘要：
In this semi-expository work we discuss a new theory of Artificial Neural Network, based on a paraconsistent annnotated logic Etau. Such theory, called Paraconsistent Artificial Neural Network - PANN is constructed with the algorithm Para-Analyser and has as characteristics the capability of manipulating uncertainty concepts, as well as inconsistency and paracompleteness. The PANN developed can be adapted to several boundary conditions that can be adjusted "externally" to the net, showing great capability of adaptation velocity processing, and several other useful aspects making the PANN an interesting theory.
