Researches of gradient of temperature at the front of crystallization of single crystals of the Ni-W-alloys

摘要
Methodology of measuring temperature gradient at the front of solidification under direct crystallization of NV-4 alloy in the equipment with a solidificator, in which gallium is used as a liquid metal fusible thermal carrier has been worked out. These measurements were carried out in a ceramic form, installed in crucible blacklead. The influence of temperature gradient on morphology and structural perfection of single crystals of Ni-W-alloys with a cellar structure has been investigated.
