摘要：

There has hierarchy in occupation quality. This paper proposes a hierarchical model of occupation quality (HMOQ) on the basis of the quality model proposed by Richard Boyatzis. The hierarchy and characteristic of each element in HMOQ and the relationship between each element have been discussed. Finally, the occupation quality phased promotion system in college students based on means of moral education has been proposed and provides reference to occupation quality education in college.
