摘要：

Common delivery is a way of cooperation among many enterprises. It can reduce much total delivery cost. Meanwhile, how to share the cost reasonably is a difficult problem. According to the cost-sharing unreasonably in common delivery, this paper introduces the model of cost-sharing based on Nash negotiation theory. Then according to the insufficiency of model, this paper proposes a modified method based on compensation. At last, a numerical example is given to validate that the modified method is more rational and effective.
