Overdrive ventricular pacing to clarify the diagnosis of a left bundle branch block morphology tachycardia

摘要：
A 26-year-old woman underwent electrophysiologic study in the setting of recurrent Sustained tachycardia with a left bundle branch block (LBBB) QRS complex morphology (Figure 1). Baseline 12-lead ECG was normal, and HV interval was 40 ms. Programmed ventricular stimulation revealed central and decremental ventriculoatrial (VA) conduction. Programmed atrial stimulation is shown in Figure 2A and intracardiac electrograms recorded during tachycardia are shown in Figure 2B. Overdrive ventricular pacing was performed during tachycardia (Figure 3). What is the tachycardia mechanism?
