New way for SMB to go with the advent of new bank transaction

In this paper, it produces a new bank transaction for the first time, which makes the bank become a middleman, not only settlement center. The new bank transaction based on combination of IVR and USSD belongs to integration innovation. It will change people's life manner and replace the middlemen in being with the advent of this new transaction. So SMB must expedite to develop enterprise informatization course to adapt the trend. Some problems that may occur when the new transaction is carried out are discussed at the end of this paper.
