摘要：
This report deals with a rare case of malignant fibrous histiocytoma in the left kidney of a 69-year-old male patient. Up to now, 21 cases of this tumour have been described in the worldwide literature. As computerized axial tomography shows cystic and solid structures, benign cysts and renal cell carcinoma must be ruled out. The therapy of choice consists of nephrectomy.
