Effect of cooling speed on superconductivity of κ-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu[N(CN)2]Br -: Isotope effect revisited

摘要
We studied the effect of cooling rate on superconductivity of both deuterated and undeuterated kappa-(BEDT-TTFE)(2)Cu[N(CN)(2)]Br and observed a significant difference in the effect of cooling speed not only on T-C but also on the superconducting volume fraction. In particular, it was quite unexpected that an extremely slow cooling rate as low as 0.02K/min was found to have still a significant effect on the superconducting state.
