RESEARCH ON IMAGE RETRIEVAL METHOD BASED ON THE PERCEPTIVE PROCESS OF HUMAN VISION

摘要
Considering the cognitive process of vision, a novel image retrieval algorithm is proposed based on layered HSV model to calculate H, S and V histogram similarity in turn. The experimental results show that this algorithm is more efficient, accurate and robust than the reported conventional methods.
